Venture Building
Building an AI-native venture requires a different playbook than traditional startups. The technology risk is higher, the go-to-market is more complex, and investors need to understand both the technical moat and the business model.
I work with founders from thesis to product-market fit. This starts with venture architecture: what's the core insight, who's the customer, and what's the defensible technical advantage? Then go-to-market strategy: how do you reach early adopters, what's the pricing model, and what metrics prove traction?
On the fundraising side, I help build investor materials that speak to both technical and business audiences. Having been a deep tech VC investor myself, I know what due diligence looks like from the other side of the table. I also architect the technical foundation so the product can scale without a rewrite at Series A.
